Warranty Support

Eligible watches purchased from Infinity Watch are covered by a 1-Year Warranty, subject to our Warranty Policy.

Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can generally be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply after delivery.

Address Changes

After dispatch, changes may depend on courier availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
